We give you options, personalised corrections and feedback so you get the most out of your classes.

No stock standard moves for us. Our classes are full of options you can try or not try, take or leave depending on how you want to move today. And if something isn’t feeling right for you, we love collaborating with you to find a good way to move for you.

With only 8 participants max per class we can give each participant the attention and support they need, and you wont feel “like a sausage in a sausage factory” - a direct quote from one of our clients!

A modern approach

Rather than do things the typical fitness way, we’ve created a system designed around our participants by putting their needs first.

We run our Pilates to meet you where you are at. We are here to help you love Pilates just as much as we do. And we really love Pilates!

Pilates can look too hard and intimidating, but we will show you just how easy and FUN it can be.

We take Pilates seriously but we don’t take ourselves seriously!

Our community of Pilates lovers are a great bunch to move with. From Instructors assisting and cheering you on, to the person next to you - everyone is supporting everyone. We don’t tolerate exclusion, judgement or other negative actions that can make fitness spaces uncomfortable. Anyone of any age, gender, body size, fitness level, cultural background etc is welcome to move with us.
