With our 8 class styles we have options to suit everyone,

whatever style of Pilates class you prefer.

All classes run for 45 minutes, except Studio class which runs for 50 minutes.

EveryBody - Reformer

EveryBody is a full body movement class suitable people of all levels of fitness, from beginners to advanced.

We focus on: Strength and coordination. Building connection through your body so everything works together. Building core strength to support every way your body moves.

What to expect: A whole body movement experience. Upper body, lower body and core exercises. Just the right level of challenge to help you grow stronger.

Cardio - Reformer

Cardio is a dynamic Reformer Pilates workout with snippets of high intensity movements interspaced with Pilates exercises.

We focus on: Dynamic moves. Working both power and balance. Coordination and control challenges.

What to expect: An extra level cardio workout. Getting your heart rate up. Jumpboards and handweights will be make an appearance.

Not suitable for pregnant clients.

Cardio classes run twice a week on a rotating schedule in place of EveryBody classes.

Stability - Reformer and Mat

Stability is a class focused on building security in your daily movements, reducing the risk of falls and helping you feel more confident on your feet.

We focus on: Balance and stability. Building confidence in functional postures and movements. Increasing feet, leg, hip and core strength. Moving slowly with control.

What to expect: Lots of standing work as we explore how our muscles need to work to maintain stability. Safely challenging your sense of balance as you move around your centre of gravity. 

Stability class runs twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays at 10:15am.

Mat

Mat is a class focused on the Pilates fundamentals that build your “powerhouse” - the core as described by Joseph Pilates.

We focus on: Whole body Pilates exercises that strengthen your core muscles to support your everyday movement. Control and stability across a range of movements.

What to expect: A mix of classical mat Pilates exercises and contemporary mat Pilates exercises. Lots of lying down movement.

Mat class runs on Mondays at 12pm midday and 7:15pm, Thursdays at 7am, Fridays at 10:15am (Parent friendly class) and Saturdays at 10am.

Stretch - Reformer

Stretch is a gentle class dedicated to building flexibility and helping you move a little more freely.

We focus on: Lengthening your whole body from head to toe while also strengthening the body and improving balance. Working the arms and shoulders, legs and hips, and spine through a full range of motion with control.

What to expect: Flowy moves while challenging balance and control. Mindful movement. Connection with breath.

This is the best class to start with if you are not currently active.

Strong - Reformer

Pilates - Strong is an intermediate to advanced class.

We focus on: Leveling up your Pilates practice with advanced moves, more coordination challenges, heavier springs and so much more.

What to expect: Intermediate to advanced moves from the get-go. Multiple body parts being challenged at the same time. Finding out how Strong you are capable of being!

Not suitable for beginners or pregnant clients.

Strong classes run once a week on a rotating schedule in place of EveryBody classes.

Unwind - Reformer and Mat

Pilates - Unwind is full of stretchy relaxing Pilates moves that flows into breathwork and meditation.

We focus on: Slow and steady moves to help you connect in with your body. Mindful meditation. Connection with breath.

What to expect: A slower, sleepy pace. Self-massage using massage balls for pressure point release. A wind down for the day allowing you to transition to a better night’s sleep. Lots of feet in straps.

Unwind class runs on Wednesdays at 12pm midday, Thursdays at 7:15pm and alternating Saturdays at 11am.

Studio - Starting 1 June

Studio builds on your Reformer and Mat experience, expanding your Pilates knowledge across Cadillac, Wunda Chair and Ladder Barrel.

We focus on: Expanding Pilates shapes across the apparatus. Building connection and control with different challenges and supports.

What to expect: Growing your Pilates practice to a new level.

This class is only open to clients who have attended at least 10 Reformer or Mat classes at our studio.

Studio class starts in June and will run Mondays at 6:15pm, Wednesdays at 10:15am and 7:15pm, Fridays at 6:15pm and Saturdays at 9am.
